Professional workers in air conditioning and refrigeration professions deal with the instructions and instructions set by technicians or specialists or engineers, and follow engineering plans to determine the locations of central devices or motors and pumps as well as determine the paths of air ducts or refrigerant gas and mark these paths. And carry out some excavation work in walls and floors to extend the air network and sometimes install it suspended from the ceilings of rooms that are covered with artificial ceilings. And thermally and acoustically isolate all air paths, then install the main devices and transfer points and control switches and make the necessary electrical extensions to operate the air conditioning or refrigeration system. Possibility of starting: As a professional assistant in refrigeration and air conditioning after graduation, and the period varies according to previous experience and the ability to develop, and then work as a professional in refrigeration and air conditioning, and it is possible for his/her work to develop over time to become a specialized technician in refrigeration and air conditioning with experience, and in medium and large workshops it is possible to develop to work as a supervisor of workers, and many refrigeration and air conditioning technicians create their own work. Income develops and multiplies according to development, gaining experience and demonstrating the ability to develop, and this is what distinguishes a graduate of a vocational education and training institution from someone who joins the labor market without a profession.

Young Men's Christian Association / Jericho Air conditioning and cooling
Lutheran World Federation / Ramallah Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Middle East Council of Churches / Gaza Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

  • Varies according to the Vocational Education and Training Institution

There are short courses on demand in these centers to develop the skills of workers in the profession and the unemployed or according to the target group.

  • The certificate obtained from the centers qualifies its holder to work as a professional in the labor market without the need to complete his/her studies. It enables graduates to acquire technical skills in their areas of specialization in a way that ensures their integration into society as trained professionals capable of dealing with the technological requirements of the age.
  • Those who have completed the vocational guidance can complete their education in these colleges.
  • Those who have completed the applied guidance or those who have not completed the guidance can apply through private study for the guidance after one year of graduation and work in the profession (some institutions hold qualifying courses to apply for the exam).
