Vocational Education Encourages Students to Start Their Own Projects

Vocational education encourages its graduates to start their own projects or work for themselves from anywhere, whether from their place of residence or home. Most managers, furniture showrooms, mechanical workshops, sewing workshops, and beauty salons are often owned by professionals. Professionals also own mobile phone repair shops, computer repair shops, and many of them work for themselves as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, or in sewing, beauty, mobile phone repair, electronic devices, photography, agriculture, and other professions that provide income and freedom of movement.

Studies and research have shown that the percentage of professionals working for themselves or having their projects is higher than national averages. Those enrolled in vocational education and training have a high desire to start their own projects or work for themselves.

Therefore, vocational education and training institutions equip their students with entrepreneurial thinking and develop entrepreneurial traits through systematic and clear training, following the International Labour Organization (ILO) methodology known as "Know About Business" (KAB).

Some institutions offer training in managerial and marketing skills, encouraging students to present ideas for their future projects, supporting them in providing the economic and scientific justifications for those ideas.

Some institutions and projects offer services to graduates, assisting them in establishing their projects, and provide a network for graduates with facilities that support the opening of their own businesses.
