Build an effective institution that enjoys financial sustainability and professional distinction to be the engine for the development in the education and vocational training sector.

Play effective and tangible role in making and forming and executing national plans, strategies, and priorities of the sector.

Coordinate and focus efforts of nongovernmental nonprofit organizations to contribute to making and implementing integral and joint policies and activities to enhance the level of education and vocational training in Palestine.

Build and enhance the capacities of the member organizations. Experience exchange among member organizations and other relevant organizations at local and international levels to enable them to realize TVET League’s mission.

Enhance the aptness of education and vocational training delivered by the nongovernmental nonprofit organizations to meet market needs and societal development requirements.

Improve the quality and outputs of education and vocational training of the nongovernmental nonprofit organizations and increase rates of enrollment into the programs of such organizations especially among the marginalized groups such as women, youth, and people with special needs.

Change the dominant society’s perspective of education and vocational training and raise the community’s awareness about the importance of education and vocational training as a feasible professional option.
