In 1990, the School of Nurses' Assistants was established, which was supervised at the time by the Jordanian Ministry of Health. After the Palestinian Ministry of Health entered the Authority, in 1997, responsibilities were transferred to the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education, which in turn set general and specific standards for accreditation. "The Family Revival Association" met the request and began implementing what was required for the continuity of the college, "so that the nursing specialization in the College of Nursing - Family Revival Association became one of the tributaries for graduates of the Community College Diploma in Nursing Sciences, based on the credit hour system set by the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education. In 2005, a second specialization was approved, namely Secretarial and Medical Records (Diploma), and accordingly, it was necessary to change the name of the college to become (Family Revival College). In 2007, another new specialization was approved, namely Physical Therapy (Diploma), which began teaching at the beginning of the 2007/2008 academic year, after which other specializations were created, such as the Hebrew Language Diploma, the first diploma in Palestine, and the Chinese Language Diploma, in addition to the Food and Beverage Management Diploma and the Fashion Design and Clothing Manufacturing Diploma.
Based on the principle of qualifying Palestinian women to be active members who participate in decision-making and engage in the labor market, the Family Revival Association established the Vocational Training Center in 1965, in order to provide supportive and diverse professions for Palestinian women and girls, to acquire the skills necessary for creativity and excellence in the field of vocational training.
The center grants certificates approved by the official competent authorities (Ministry of Labor and Directorate of Education), after passing the academic year.
