احتفل مركز التدريب المهني التابع للاتحاد اللوثري العالمي في رام الله، أمس، بتخريج 190 طالباً وطالبة، وذلك خلال حفل تخريج المجموعة الثانية من الفوج الرابع والسبعين من خريجي البرنامج، والفوج الثاني والعشرين من خريجي مركز رام الله للتدريب المهني.

أقيم الحفل برعاية مشتركة من سيادة المطران الدكتور عماد حداد، مطران الكنيسة الإنجيلية اللوثرية في الأردن والأراضي المقدسة، ومعالي ووزيرة العمل الدكتورة إيناس العطاري، وبحضور السيدة زيجلندة فاينبرنر، ممثلة الاتحاد اللوثري العالمي في القدس، إلى جانب عدد من الشخصيات الرسمية والدولية، من بينهم المهندس جهاد الدريدي، مدير عام التعليم المهني وممثل وزير التربية والتعليم العالي، والدكتور رابح مرار رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للتعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني، والسيدة إينا لوكاتش-أورنج رئيسة قسم التعاون في مكتب ممثلية كندا لدى الفلسطينيين، والسيدة روث مولر نائبة رئيس التعاون الإنمائي الألماني في فلسطين، والمهندس محمد عياش، القائم بأعمال رئيس مصلحة مياه محافظة القدس، وممثلين من الغرف التجارية الصناعية الزراعية وسلطة النقد الفلسطينية ونقابة الكهربائيين ونقابة المهن الميكانيكية والمؤسسات المختلفة بالإضافة إلى أهالي الخريجين والخريجات.

وفي كلمة مدير برنامج التدريب المهني في الاتحاد اللوثري العالمي، المهندس يوسف شاليان، أكد أن هذا الحفل يمثل ثمرة جهد الخريجين رغم التحديات، وانطلاقة نحو مستقبل مهني واعد. وأشار إلى أن البرنامج يستقبل سنوياً أكثر من ألف شاب وشابة من خلال برامجه في القدس ورام الله، بما في ذلك المدرسة الصناعية والبرامج التدريبية المعتمدة من وزارتي العمل والتربية والتعليم العالي.

واستعرض شاليان تطور الشراكات الاستراتيجية للبرنامج، خاصة مع وزارة العمل، ووزارة التربية والتعليم العالي، إضافة إلى الشراكة مع مصلحة مياه محافظة القدس، حيث تم تنفيذ دورات متخصصة للعاملين في مجال لحام الأنابيب ضمن بيئة تدريبية تطبيقية بالشراكة المباشرة مع المصلحة، وكذلك الشراكة مع سلطة النقد الفلسطينية في مجال الإرشاد المالي والتمكين الاقتصادي ودعم ريادة الأعمال للخريجين والشباب. كما ثمّن شاليان الدعم النوعي والمستمر الذي قدمته الحكومة الألمانية في تطوير برامج مهنية متخصصة، خاصة في مجالات التمديدات الكهربائية والطاقة الشمسية والسيارات الهجينة والكهربائية بتنفيذ من الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي، والدعم من التعاون لإسباني في تطوير برامج مرتبطة بالزراعة الحديثة والدورات المهنية القصيرة، إضافة إلى الدعم من الحكومة الكندية الذي ساهم في تعزيز مشاركة الفتيات في التدريب المهني من خلال مشروع "ثابري". كما أشاد بدور بقية الشركاء الدوليين، بما في ذلك الكنائس والمؤسسات في النرويج والدنمارك وألمانيا وكندا وامريكا، في دعم مسيرة تطوير التعليم والتدريب المهني، مؤكداً أن هذه الشراكات تشكل ركيزة أساسية في رفع جودة البرامج وتعزيز فرص الشباب الفلسطيني.

وأكد استمرار العمل على تطوير برامج نوعية في مجالات الطاقة والكهرباء والسيارات الهجينة والزراعة الحديثة، وتعزيز فرص التشغيل وربط التدريب بسوق العمل، إضافة إلى دعم الفئات المهمشة وتمكين النساء والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

وفي كلمتها، أكدت السيدة زيجلندة فاينبرنر، المديرة العامة للاتحاد اللوثري العالمي، أن هذا اليوم يمثل احتفالاً بإنجاز الخريجين الذين اختاروا مسار التدريب المهني بإرادة وعزيمة. وأشارت إلى أن الاتحاد اللوثري العالمي يعمل في فلسطين منذ أكثر من 75 عاماً في مجالات الإغاثة والتنمية والصحة والتعليم، وأن التدريب المهني يشكل أحد أهم ركائز عمله، حيث ساهم في تمكين آلاف الشباب والشابات وبناء مستقبلهم المهني.

وتوجهت بالشكر إلى وزارة العمل ووزارة التربية والتعليم العالي والشركاء والداعمين الدوليين، وإلى الطواقم التدريبية والإدارية، مؤكدة أن نجاح البرنامج هو نتيجة عمل جماعي وشراكات مستدامة تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب الفلسطيني.

وفي كلمته، أكد سيادة المطران الدكتور عماد حداد أن هذا اليوم يمثل ثمرة الاجتهاد والمثابرة، وأن الخريجين لم يحصلوا فقط على شهادة، بل اكتسبوا معرفة ومهارات وخبرات تؤهلهم للانطلاق نحو مرحلة جديدة من المسؤولية والعطاء. ودعا الخريجين إلى تحويل الأحلام إلى إنجازات من خلال العمل والإصرار، مؤكداً أن قيمة الإنسان تكمن في ما يقدمه من أثر إيجابي لمجتمعه، مع أهمية الجمع بين الانفتاح على المعرفة والحفاظ على الجذور والانتماء.

والقى المهندس جهاد الدريدي ممثل وزير التربية والتعليم العالي والسيدة روث مولر نائبة رئيس التعاون الإنمائي الألماني في فلسطين كلمات شددوا فيها على أهمية التدريب المهني ودور الاحاد اللوثري العالمي في تقديم خدمات تدريبية متميزة وباركوا للخريجين والخريجات في انجازهم.

وفي كلمتها، أكدت معالي وزيرة العمل الدكتورة إيناس العطاري أن هذا التخريج يجسد الإيمان بأن الإنسان هو محور التنمية وغايتها، وأن التعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني أصبح خياراً استراتيجياً لتعزيز التشغيل وريادة الأعمال. وأشارت إلى التحولات المتسارعة في سوق العمل وأهمية امتلاك المهارات والتعلم المستمر، مؤكدة التزام وزارة العمل بتطوير منظومة التدريب المهني وتوسيع الشراكات لتوفير فرص نوعية للشباب الفلسطيني.

وفي ختام الحفل، تم تكريم الخريجين والخريجات وتسليمهم شهادات التخرج وسط أجواء احتفالية بحضور عائلاتهم، تأكيداً على استمرار دعم التعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني كمسار أساسي لتمكين الشباب وبناء مستقبل أكثر استدامة.

 

The Lutheran World Federation Graduates 190 Trainees from Its Vocational Training Program in Ramallah

The Vocational Training Center of the Lutheran World Federation (LWF) in Ramallah celebrated the graduation of 190 male and female trainees yesterday during the ceremony for the second group of the 74th graduating class of the LWF Vocational Training Program and the 22nd graduating class of the Ramallah Vocational Training Center.

The ceremony was held under the joint patronage of Bishop Dr. Imad Haddad, Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and the Holy Land, and H.E. Dr. Enas Attari, Minister of Labor. It was attended by Mrs. Sieglinde Weinbrenner, Representative of the Lutheran World Federation in Jerusalem, along with a number of official and international dignitaries, including Eng. Jihad Al-Dreidi, Director General of Vocational Education and representative of the Minister of Education and Higher Education, Dr. Rabih Marrar, Chairperson of the

TVET National Commission, Ms. Ina Lukac-Orange, Head of Cooperation at the Representative Office of Canada to the Palestinians; Ms. Ruth Müller, Deputy Head of German Development Cooperation in Palestine; Eng. Mohammad Ayash, Acting Director General of the Jerusalem Water Undertaking; representatives of chambers of commerce, industry and agriculture, the Palestine Monetary Authority, the Electricians’ Union, the Mechanical Professions Union, various institutions, as well as the graduates’ families.

In his speech, Eng. Yousef Shalian, Director of the LWF Vocational Training Program, emphasized that the ceremony represents the culmination of the graduates’ hard work despite numerous challenges and marks the beginning of a promising professional future. He noted that the program serves more than 1,000 young men and women annually through its activities in Jerusalem and Ramallah, including the industrial school and vocational training programs, which are accredited by the Ministries of Labor and Higher Education.

Shalian highlighted the program’s growing strategic partnerships, particularly with the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Higher Education, as well as its partnership with the Jerusalem Water Undertaking. Through this collaboration, specialized training courses were implemented for pipeline welding workers in a practical training environment directly linked to the labor market. He also referred to the partnership with the Palestine Monetary Authority on financial literacy, economic empowerment, and support for entrepreneurship among graduates and youth.

Furthermore, he commended the continued, high-quality support provided by the German Government in developing specialized vocational programs, particularly in electrical installations, solar energy, and hybrid and electric vehicle technologies, which are implemented by GIZ. He also acknowledged Spanish Cooperation’s support in developing programs related to modern agriculture and short vocational courses, as well as the Government of Canada’s contribution to enhancing girls’ participation in vocational training through the “GRIT” project. Shalian further recognized the support of other international partners, including churches and institutions in Norway, Denmark, Germany, Canada, and the United States, emphasizing that these partnerships are fundamental to improving program quality and expanding opportunities for Palestinian youth.

He reaffirmed the program’s commitment to developing innovative training programs in energy, electricity, hybrid and electric vehicles, and modern agriculture, while strengthening employment opportunities, linking training to labor market needs, and supporting marginalized groups, women, and persons with disabilities.

In her remarks, Mrs. Sieglinde Weinbrenner, LWF Country Representative, stated that the day was a celebration of the graduates’ achievements and their determination in choosing the vocational training pathway. She noted that the Lutheran World Federation has been working in Palestine for more than 75 years in the fields of humanitarian assistance, development, health, and education, with vocational training representing one of its most significant areas of work. Through these efforts, thousands of young people have been empowered to build their professional futures.

She expressed her appreciation to the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Higher Education, development partners, international donors, and the training and administrative staff, stressing that the program's success is the result of collective efforts and sustainable partnerships dedicated to empowering Palestinian youth.

In his address, Bishop Dr. Imad Haddad emphasized that the graduation ceremony reflects the graduates’ dedication and perseverance. He stated that the graduates had gained not only certificates but also valuable knowledge, skills, and experience that would enable them to embark on a new phase of responsibility and contribution. He encouraged them to transform their dreams into achievements through hard work and determination, emphasizing that a person’s true value lies in the positive impact they have on their community while staying connected to their roots and identity.

Eng. Jihad Al-Dreidi, representing the Minister of Higher Education, and Ms. Ruth Müller, Deputy Head of German Development Cooperation in Palestine, also addressed the audience. They underscored the importance of vocational training and praised the Lutheran World Federation for providing high-quality training services, while congratulating the graduates on their accomplishment.

In her speech, H.E. Dr. Enas Attari, Minister of Labor, affirmed that the graduation reflects a strong belief that people are both the means and the goal of development. She stressed that technical and vocational education and training have become a strategic option for enhancing employment and entrepreneurship. Referring to the rapid changes in labor markets, she highlighted the importance of skills development and lifelong learning, reaffirming the Ministry’s commitment to strengthening the vocational training system and expanding partnerships to create quality opportunities for Palestinian youth.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, graduates received their certificates in a festive atmosphere attended by their families, reaffirming the continued commitment to technical and vocational education and training as a key pathway for youth empowerment and the building of a more sustainable future.
